Conversion and refurbishment of an existing shop unit in to a new Dental Practice. Situated on the main thoroughfare, the Cowgate, in Kirkintilloch the existing space was altered to create a reception, 2 dental surgeries, an x ray room, a local decontamination unit, a staff area and storage for the practices domiciliary service. An office was also formed with provision for it to be changed in to a further dental surgery as the practice expands.
