An 11.7 hectare greenfield site on the eastern edge of Bonnybridge. The masterplan was formed as a direct response for the need to improve the towns sports facilities. This provides 3 new sports pitches, new housing, social housing and a 70 bed care home as well as creating a direct link between the two stretches of water that run through the town.
