A 6.7 hectare housing estate comprising of 24 2,000sqft houses, 25 1,200sqft flats and a 60 bed care home. The masterplan aims to create an informal housing estate on a greenfield site, with emphasis put on sustainable building design, large areas of open space and enhancement and protection of natural habitation.
