Regeneration of the West Pilton area of Edinburgh to provide a total of 240 new affordable homes. Phases 1 and 2 were made up of 4 urban blocks, both 3 and 4 storey flatted accommodation, alongside a mix of 2 storey terraced and semi-detached houses. Phases 3 & 4 are expected on site in the first half of 2010.
