New build residential development on an infill site at the east end of Holm St, adjacent to the Baltic Chambers with underground parking and one commercial unit. Site constraints resulted in the first 3 storeys having an L-shaped footprint with a rectangular form for the remaining 10 storeys. Construction of the building utilised precast elements with innovative shoring and formwork systems allowing the building to be erected quickly and efficiently.
