Bound by the Gallowgate and London Rd to the north and south and Charlotte Street and Moir Street to the east and west respectively, the site was wrapped in 4 basic blocks of accommodation, ranging in height from 5 to 8 storeys. The resultant internal courtyard was maximised to provide residents with high quality amenity through enhanced lighting, landscaping and bespoke bike storage.
