New build residential development on the site of the former Vinter’s pub. Sandwiched between the Category A listed Custom House and the Euro Hostel, the site takes advantage of a southern aspect over the river Clyde. A mix of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments were created over 12 storeys with the 2 uppermost storeys designed as individual penthouses. Construction of the building adopted a post-tension concrete frame with natural stone, concrete and terracotta cladding panels.
