New build residential development on a site adjacent to the Cathcart Circle railway line in the south side of Glasgow. Consists of a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments, developed over 6 and 7 storeys throughout 3 urban blocks to create 202 new homes. Traffic impact is minimised and green open space maximised by creating landscaped amenity decks over the main parking areas. Provision for a Central Boiler Plant to supply heating for the entire development using Bio-mass Fuel is also included.
